    Whether you are a beginner, junior, elite or master, I’ll work side-by-side with you to develop training plans that match your lifestyle, needs, schedule, and riding interests. At each coaching level you will receive custom-designed training programs that are tailored to fit the context of your life, taking into account personal goals, time available, ability, work, family, and other responsibilities.

    A good coach will also be your number-one confidant, that person you can ask questions and bounce ideas off. Everyone will be different, but why not have an expert to explain to you how to do something rather than trying to figure it out all on your own, which can take a long time and will involve a lot of trial and error. Instead, a coach can tell you when to ride, how much to ride, how hard to ride, what to eat, all the things that go along with becoming a better cyclist. Coaches are also good at pointing out and helping you work on your weaknesses, which can be hard to do on your own.

    One Time Training Consultation - FREE

    If you don’t know whether or not to commit to monthly coaching, I offer a one-time, face-to-face meeting, providing detailed advice to help you tackle your race season. This includes discussion of goals, race calendar, training strategy, and recommendations to improve your results.

     

    Each program is tailor-made with your individual fitness, health requirements, and time constraints in mind, crafted to help you reach your athletic goals. Whether you are a serious enthusiast cyclist or you pin on a number and race every weekend; time efficient and highly effective data focused programs are designed to improve your power, speed, strength, and overall cycling performance.

     

    Premium Coaching - $250/month

    Includes:

    • Custom cycling training plans by HR, RPE or Power
    • Lab testing analysis
    • Monthly power based fitness testing
    • Race calendar planning
    • Training log review, analysis and feedback
    • One-on-one meetings monthly
    • Unlimited phone/text/email
    • Pre/post race discussion and analysis
    • Equipment set-up advice
    • One free coach-led ride per month
    • On and Off season plans, including off the bike training

    Standard Coaching - $150/month

    Includes:

    • Custom cycling training plans by HR, RPE or Power
    • Monthly power based fitness testing
    • Training log review, analysis and feedback
    • One-on-one meetings monthly
    • Monthly phone/text/email
    • One free coach-led ride per month
    • On and Off season plans

    Private Instruction - $100/2 hr session

    Customized instruction covering any topic. My personal favorites are on-the-bike/on-the-road training and skills sessions. This allows me to see you up-close and personal when you're at your best.....or worst!
